As Thailand faces an ageing population and a growing mismatch between workforce skills and industry needs, businesses are under increasing pressure to upskill and reskill their employees. Many companies are seeking practical answers on how to retrain staff, access certifications, improve core skills, and align productivity with rising salaries.

This session will explore real business challenges and highlight how Thai government programs can support workforce development, helping companies better navigate available solutions and build a more future-ready workforce.

  • Share challenges and needs of companies
