Hospitality and Lifestyle

Created in 2025, the new FTCC Hospitality and Lifestyle Committee brings together industry players in Thailand to promote collaboration, innovation, and visibility through regular meetings, events, and strategic partnerships.

Mission and Objective

  • To create a vibrant, inclusive platform that represents the evolving hospitality and lifestyle landscape in Thailand — from iconic luxury hotels to emerging wellness, travel, and creative lifestyle enterprises
  • To foster collaboration, creative exchange, and business opportunity between members from diverse corners of the industry, including:
    • Hotels and hotel Managers
    • Cruise and travel companies
    • Spa and wellness centers
    •  Travel bloggers and lifestyle influencers
    • Hospitality consultants and suppliers
    • Experience-focused entrepreneurs
  • To offer a space that goes beyond formal networking — one that nurtures real relationships, cross-industry support, and a genuine sense of belonging. This committee was imagined as a place where hospitality professionals can connect with like-minded peers, share ideas, and build long-lasting collaborations.
  • To reimagine the image of hospitality within FTCC as a progressive, multicultural space that values innovation, youth participation, and diverse perspectives.
  • To position the committee as a compelling reason to join the FTCC — not just for visibility, but for membership in a meaningful community with shared values and creative ambitions.
  • To amplify the visibility of members’ businesses and encourage open dialogue around key industry topics including:
    • Sustainability in hospitality
    • Cross-sector partnerships
    • Changing guest behavior and digital storytelling
    •  Employee branding, training, and retention
    • Local and global hospitality trends

  • Luxury Hotel Spa Day – Exclusive wellness experience hosted by a member spa or hotel, followed by an informal industry roundtable over tea.
  • Art Meets Hospitality – A private guided tour of a contemporary art exhibit or gallery space, paired with a discussion on “aesthetics in guest experiences.”
  • Behind-the-Scenes Hotel Tours – Rotating visits to committee members’ hotels where GMs can show how they curate the guest experience.
