Future-Ready Leadership
The Future-Ready Leadership Award recognizes companies that are proactively developing leaders equipped to thrive in a world shaped by artificial intelligence, technological disruption, workforce transformation and increasing uncertainty.
The award celebrates companies that invest in building adaptable, resilient and human-centered leaders capable of driving sustainable success in the future economy.
These Leaders might lead teams of subordinates at any level (operators, supervisors, employees, managers) or transversal Project teams.
Target group: Companies of any size (corporate or SME) and any sector.
Criteria of evaluation: Three criteria will be used
1. Leadership Development Programs Characteristics:
It is a structured intervention to develop leaders that have been implemented during the past two years or being presently implemented.
It addresses the issue of adaptation to future challenges.
It can include various learning modalities such as training, mentoring, coaching, e-learning and has a process and components supporting capacity development and application of learning at work.
2. Results & Impact
This program has a significant impact for the company.
It generates results and impacts on criteria such as internal promotions, staff retention, employee engagement, productivity, quality, efficiency, team’s autonomy, etc.
3. Vision and Strategy for long term development of leadership capabilities
There is vision and strategy to build a long-term Leadership development culture in the company.
