Rolling Ribs Brew Bar & BBQ at Le Méridien Bangkok invites guests to commemorate American Independence Day with a bold, smoky, and flavour-packed celebration from 4–6 July 2025. Inspired by Memphis-style barbecue traditions, the Backyard BBQ beverage promotion brings a spirited twist to classic Southern hospitality.
Guests can savour the stars and stripes with a specially curated selection of American whiskey, cocktails, and bourbon-infused refreshments, served daily from 12:00–14:30 and 17:00–23:00.
