Intouch Piyanawin is a Legal Officer, senior professional level, at the Revenue Department of Thailand, with a background in both law and accounting. He specialises in domestic and international tax law, with a particular focus on tax treaties, transfer pricing, tax certainty and dispute resolution, as well as the implementation of MLI and global tax reforms, including the OECD/G20 BEPS Two-Pillar Solution.

He regularly engages with international organisations, including the OECD, IMF and United Nations, on international tax developments and capacity-building initiatives. He also contributes to academic and professional seminars on emerging tax issues and their practical implications for tax administrations and businesses.
