This session aims to equip managers who are dedicated to fostering people development and performance with a fresh or fortified vision on designing effective learning systems.

Facilitator
Arnauld de Nadaillac has 35 years of experience implementing learning and development systems for governments and companies in 14 countries.
He has been living in Thailand for the past 28 years. His interventions are based on the vision that “What we learn is easy to find, the challenge is How we learn".
