Leaders Development Award
The Leaders Development Award recognizes organizations that actively invest in developing leaders through structured programs such as training, mentoring, coaching, and other leadership initiatives.
This award celebrates companies that implemented leadership capabilities at all levels through programs such as training, mentoring, coaching, e-learning, and other development methods.
Criteria
The jury is looking for:
- Strong leadership development programs and initiatives
- Measurable impact on leaders growth and organizational performance
- A clear vision for developing future leaders and building a sustainable talent pipeline
Submission Requirements:
- Format: PowerPoint (.ppt / .pptx)
- Maximum: 5 slides only
- Language: English
