Future Leaders Development Award
The Future Leadership Development Award recognizes individuals and professionals who show strong potential to become future leaders.
This category highlights candidates who take initiative, show responsibility, and have a clear vision for their career. It values those who demonstrate steady career growth, strong achievements, and a positive impact in their organization or community.
The award also recognizes individuals with an innovative mindset, who bring new ideas and improvements, and those who can inspire and influence others through their actions and leadership.
Criteria
The jury is looking for:
- Strong leadership potential and future vision
- Clear career progress and achievements
- An innovative mindset (new ideas, improvements, initiatives)
- Positive contribution to organization or community
- Ability to inspire and influence others
- Initiative, responsibility, and strong personal motivation
Submission Requirements:
- Format: PowerPoint (.ppt / .pptx)
- Maximum: 5 slides only
- Language: English
