On 30 May 2025, Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce (FTCC), in collaboration with La French Tech Bangkok, hosted an exclusive and interactive breakfast workshop with the topic about international career development and Gen Z engagement.
This exclusive workshop offered participants the opportunity to reflect on their global career aspirations, share personal experiences, and exchange practical tools and strategies for overcoming challenges in a cross-cultural environment.
A key part of the workshop addressed the current workplace challenges faced by Gen Z, such as communication barriers, the need for flexibility, and the desire for purpose-driven careers. Through open dialogue and collaborative learning, participants gained valuable insights to better understand and support this emerging generation of talent.
