Recap | HR Breakfast: Learning System Design – How to Apply 100 Years of Research
On 26 April 2024, the HR Committee of the Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce (FTCC) organized a breakfast session on “Learning System Design: How to Apply 100 Years of Research”, led by Arnauld de Nadaillac, International People Development Expert.
The session aimed to provide managers and HR professionals dedicated to people development and performance with fresh insights and practical approaches to designing effective learning systems.
Participants also attended the signing session of Arnauld de Nadaillac’s book, “Developing People; 35 Years of Stories, Headaches & Insights”.
Key discussion topics included:

• Applications across four types of leadership development programs
• Practical workshops and interactive discussions
