Industry Committee | The Execution Issue: Why Most Safety Strategies Die on the Shop Floor, and How to Fix It by AlleTrust

On 1 October 2026, the Industry Committee of the Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce (FTCC) met in person and online, with some members joining remotely due to the heavy rain.

The committee brings together professionals from across the industrial sector to share experience, discuss common challenges and build connections.

We welcomed Arthur P. Kotlarevsky from AlleTrust, a FTCC member, for a presentation on “The Execution Issue: Why Most Safety Strategies Die on the Shop Floor, and How to Fix It.”

🔸 Safety is a shared responsibility, supported by visible action from leaders and teams.
🔸 Lagging indicators show what has already happened. Leading indicators, such as near misses, safety conversations and corrective actions, help teams spot risks and act earlier.
