You simply wouldn’t want to miss the chance tasting the new degustation menu by Chef Jean-Michel Lorain this November. With his inspiration encompassing modern French cuisine served in a classic style he has created a truly magnificent 7-course tasting menu which is also served at his Michelin-starred restaurant, La Côte Saint Jacques in Burgundy, France. This exquisite dinner will be available to gourmets in Bangkok at J’AIME by Jean-Michel Lorain, located within the premises of U Sathorn Hotel, during November 10-13, 2016.

Amuse-bouche

Brittany sardine terrine with marinated cucumber, miso gelée and emulsion

Scallop carpaccio served with sea urchins, lemon cream and wasabi-scented cabbage purée

Foie gras royale, Burgundy-style blackcurrant chutney and agastache sponge cake

Heart of cod served with sea snails, wild mushrooms and pea hummus

Roasted Maine lobster with a smoked pepper and cuttlefish medley, snow peas and Chorizo foam

Pan-seared Quercy lamb saddle, purple potato purée with a hint of hazelnut,
baby leeks and coconut lamb jus

Chef Jean-Michel’s free interpretation of “La Poire Belle Hélène”

 

 

The price for this exclusive dinner prepared by Chef Jean-Michel Lorain personally, and supported by his team of Chefs lead by Head Chef Amerigo Tito Sesti is THB 7,100 per person inclusive of service charge and VAT
