Tantip PuwiwattanangkuraDirector of Business Process Excellence, Pandora Production

Tantip is a strategic IT leader with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing operations, digital transformation, and project portfolio management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Process Excellence at Pandora, the world’s largest jewelry brand, she is responsible for implementing technology solutions for manufacturing across multiple locations in Thailand and Vietnam.

Representing an organization committed to gender diversity, Tantip operates within a leadership structure where 35% of senior management (VP+) are women with an aim to achieving full gender parity by 2030. She is currently spearheading the roadmap for Smart Factory transformation (2026–2029), focusing on bridging Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) while ensuring robust cybersecurity and unified data architecture.

With a Bachelor of Engineering and extensive experience in Industry 4.0 initiatives, Tantip is passionate about using AI to democratize technical skills. She believes that AI is a powerful accelerator that allows women to blend analytical precision with collaborative leadership, helping them move from being technology users to strategic shapers of the industrial future.
