As Executive Director of the Phuket Hotels Association, Jayne works closely with 113 hotels across Phuket and nearby provinces, collaborating with both government and non-government organisations to strengthen the hospitality sector.

She brings extensive experience across the hospitality industry, with a strong background in training, health and safety, lifesaving, sustainability, food safety, security, threat assessment, and policy development. Jayne is a regular speaker and moderator at industry forums, conferences, and leadership events, known for translating complex topics into practical, actionable insights for hospitality professionals.

Her work is grounded in a people-first approach, with a strong focus on advancing sustainability in meaningful and achievable ways while maximising safety, security, and the wellbeing of both guests and staff.

Her areas of expertise include sustainability (with a focus on the hotel sector), disaster planning and management, auditing (OHS and HACCP), policy development, fire safety, security, lifesaving, incident analysis, food safety training, education, and public speaking.

She is a registered trainer with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH), UK, an internationally certified Results Coach, and the lead organiser of the PHAB fundraising events and the International "PHIST" (Phuket Hotels for Islands Sustaining Tourism) Sustainability Learning Event.
