I am a Sicilian chef with more than 15 years of international experience, having lived and worked in the UAE, Denmark, and Thailand. 

My cooking is rooted in Sicilian traditions but enriched by global influences, always aiming to create dishes that connect people and tell a story. 

I believe in hard work, honesty, and professionalism, and I bring these values into every kitchen and project I take on. 

My goal is to grow as a chef and entrepreneur, building bridges between Italy, Thailand, and the Middle East through food and hospitality.
