FTCC Hospitality & Lifestyle Committee is pleased to invite you to ATELIER – Nutrition and Food Waste Management, an inspiring and hands-on evening bringing together culinary craftsmanship and sustainability insights. 

This special edition features a pasta-making workshop by Chef Enrico Pantorno, followed by practical perspectives on food waste management from Nicolas Monge

The event takes place at SO/ Bangkok – Iris & Wild, a sunlit rooftop escape where soft elegance meets a modern edge, high above the city. 

Participation fee:

  • Pasta-Making Class + Networking – THB 400 (Limited to 15 seats – first come, first served)
  • Networking Session Only – THB 400 (Open to all FTCC members)

The participation fee is included food and drinks.
