FTCC Hospitality & Lifestyle Committee is pleased to invite you to ATELIER – Nutrition and Food Waste Management, an inspiring and hands-on evening bringing together culinary craftsmanship and sustainability insights.
This special edition features a pasta-making workshop by Chef Enrico Pantorno, followed by practical perspectives on food waste management from Nicolas Monge.
The event takes place at SO/ Bangkok – Iris & Wild, a sunlit rooftop escape where soft elegance meets a modern edge, high above the city.
