Medici Kitchen & Bar tells stories through flavours. This unique restaurant and bar unfolds pleasant surprises. Every delectable dish is crafted to tantalise your senses.

Our chef Berta has created the new signature creation Italian Tasting Menu. Embark on a flavourful journey by indulging in a starter; Carpaccio Affumicato is a smoked and cured beef carpaccio, berries, and pickled mushrooms and companied by drunken cheese. Next comes with Capellini All’astice, the angel hair pasta with lobster, mussels and lemon zest.

Indulge yourself with authentic Italian main dishes you’ve yet to discover as the choices: Branzino, a pan-fried sea-bass fillet in lemon sauce, capers, sundried tomato, rocket and potato puree and texturing yet crisping with baby carrots or Maiale, a roasted baby pork chop with smoked pumpkin mashed, spinach, girolle mushrooms and mesmerisingly with black truffle. Ending up with a sweet treat: Cannolo, crispy dough stuffed with ricotta cheese, raisin, and fruit candied and served with pistachio gelato.
