Dear members, partners, and friends, the FTCC is pleased to introduce our upcoming online workshop on the New Hospitality for 2020 which will be divided into 3 series.

This workshop will bring the most up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge and understanding to tourism stakeholders. Recognised tourism researchers will address the issues and solutions to help you plan for the recovery phase of the Covid-19 crisis. The topics covered by the industry experts on the AyaThai panel will address tourist behaviour, post-crisis recovery, as well as crisis response techniques. For example, what will change in tourist behaviour after the crisis and how the tourism industry can respond and adapt to meet the challenge.

These 3 series of workshops will be conducted and organised on ZOOM Meeting.
