Personal Data Protection Act: Business implications and practical guide for implementation
Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act - PDPA - is set to come fully into force on 1st June this year !
Largely inspired by the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (also known as the EU GDPR), the PDPA will significantly impact businesses that handle personal data and it sets out heavy fines and penalties which will be imposed on organizations that mishandle the clients’ personal data.
The FTCC has already organized a webinar of information last year on the topic and several publications were made but now that we are down the line, it is time for concrete action and last fine tuning.
Therefore the FTCC together with partner members is organizing a set of concrete operational workshops and sessions of BtoB with experts to ask your last questions.
