Position: Facilitator
We are seeking an experienced trainer/facilitator. This person needs to be fluent in both Thai and English.

The position
Our facilitator will deliver unique safety and leadership training to customers on site in a manufacturing setting. Our training delves into the drivers of the decisions people make, and what is required to influence people to make better decisions. It uses safety as a mechanism to teach others to lead from a place of compassion.
Requirements
Due to the nature of our programs and customers, we are looking for an individual with the following experience and attributes:
• 5 plus years of training/learning in an industrial setting
• Previous manufacturing experience with a preference for those who have led frontline teams in an industrial setting
• Flexible schedule
• Self-directed and independent worker with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience working with safety, quality, and productivity standards
