Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with customers regarding work updates, installation schedules, and all matters related to after-sales service.
- Coordinate with Service Engineers regarding service progress and updates.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams involved in spare parts, warranty support, equipment sales, and machine installation.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor service activities for Service Engineers in collaboration with relevant departments and personnel.
- Support the Sales Team by developing and maintaining good relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with various departments to achieve sales targets for machine maintenance services.
- Work with customers and/or distributors to obtain accurate information regarding equipment damage or issues and prepare reports for management.
- Provide customer support through telephone, email, and walk-in customer service.
- Coordinate problem resolution between customers and the After-Sales Service Team.
- Escalate inquiries to appropriate technical professionals or relevant service personnel for proper service, repair, training, and follow-up.
- Maintain direct communication with customers before and/or after sales.
Profile
- Thai Nationals
- Bachelor in Engineering or any related field
- Experience in Customer Service Coordinator
- Quality oriented
- English proficiency
Conditions
- Location: Bang Bua Thong – Nonthaburi (near Bangkok)
- Salary: accordingly, to profile and experience
- Working Monday - Friday
- Start as soon as possible
