Seasonal Culinary Highlights in May / June at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok
Bangkok, Thailand – 15 April 2026: Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok unveils a selection of seasonal dining experiences across its restaurants and bars this May and June 2026. From Thai mangoes at their sweetest to culinary collaborations and summer‑inspired Italian dishes, discerning epicureans embark on a vibrant journey of flavour and creativity.
Mango Mania at The Dining Room
Mango lovers are invited to savour Executive Chef David Senia’s seasonal creations at The Dining Room. As Chef David says, ‘Mango in every mood’. With the Thai mango season at its peak in May, it’s the perfect time to highlight the versatility and the richness of the fruit.
Local Thai mangoes are transformed into an array of sweet and savoury dishes on the buffet, including Som Tum Mamuang (Thai green mango salad), Vietnamese Mango & Shrimp Rolls, and Indian Mango Chicken Masala. For dessert, guests can enjoy Mango Sticky Rice and Mango Cheesecake with a little twist.

Erawan Tea Room — Culinary Collaboration with ERR by Bo.lan
From May to July 2026, Erawan Tea Room collaborates with Bangkok-based ERR, created by the team behind Michelin-starred restaurant Bo.lan.
Erawan Tea Room and ERR by Bo.lan are united by a shared philosophy, rooted in Thai heritage, local ingredients and responsible sourcing. This collaboration brings together bold, rustic flavours and authentic dishes, featuring the distinctively vibrant heat of Thai cuisine.
With a high regard for tradition, the partnership showcases everyday dishes elevated with premium ingredients, complemented by the depth and character for which the restaurants are known.
The Chef tasting menu is available for lunch, dinner and afternoon tea daily from 1 May to 31 July 2026

An exclusive collaboration with the Tea and Coffee Institute of Mae Fah Luang University, this special dinner highlights Thai tea and coffee through inventive dishes and tea-inspired cocktails.

An Italian Summer: Estate in Tavola at Salvia
With Chef Roberto Parentela back at the helm of the Italian kitchen, guests are invited to try his new summer dishes. Salvia welcomes the season with ‘Estate in Tavola’, which translates to ‘summer on the table’. The new menu features beloved dishes such as Ham and Melon, Hand-Pulled Pappardelle Pasta with Chanterelle Mushrooms, Veal with Tuna Sauce and the wood-fired Summer Pizza with ingredients highlighting seasonal produce. Not to be missed are two highly refreshing sorbets made with prickly pear and watermelon.
Chef Roberto brings the spirit of Italian dining to the table — wine and food aplenty and shared meals that bring people together.
An ‘Italian Summer: Estate in Tavola’ is available during the Italian summer months of June, July and August.

The local mango season in May showcases the finest mangoes. At Erawan Bakery, Chef David Inglada and his team present a variety of delectable treats, crafted to celebrate the fruit’s sun-ripened richness through creative pastries and desserts.

Unwind on a leisurely evening with a refined pairing of tapas and wine. Enjoy a selection of flavourful bites designed for sharing, complemented by two glasses of wine for a relaxing night out.

GASTON — 3rd Anniversary with New Live Band
Join us as GASTON celebrates its 3rd Anniversary in May and commemorates three incredible years with innovative French cuisine, live music and great camaraderie. Enjoy performances from a brand-new live band, bringing new sounds and fresh energy to the bistro.
The celebration will be held on 29 May 2026 from 8:30 PM onwards. The evening’s theme is red and gold. Guests dressed in stylish red and gold will receive a welcome drink.
Rong Tiem at You&Mee, May – June 2026
Savour an exquisite Cantonese set meal of dim sum small plates, featuring Har Gao shrimp dumplings, Siu Mai meat dumplings, fried vegetable spring rolls and lava custard buns. Additionally, the set offers a comforting bowl of congee with a choice of chicken or OMNI plant-based meat.
Priced at THB 650++, this culinary experience is complemented with fine tea.
An Immersive Culinary Journey at The Magic Table
The Magic Table, a five-course theatrical dining experience blending fine cuisine with 3D projection storytelling. Guests become part of the performance through interactive elements, premium ingredients, and imaginative narratives.
