Culinary Tour de France: Hauts-de-France

Experience a Culinary Tour of France through our 3-course set dinners, exploring signature dishes from 15 French regions!

The next stop on our journey is Hauts-de-France.
The northern region is one of France's largest suppliers of quality beers and is known as THE beer capital of France.
Not only that but their food is amazing too, here's what we have in store for you:

- Flammiche au Maroilles (tart with leavened dough, Maroilles cheese and crème fraiche, served with salad)
- Carbonade Flammande (beef stew with onions, cooked with dark beer, served with steamed potatoes)
- Mimolette cheese
- Tarte au sucre (leavened dough with butter, cream and brown sugar, taste caramel)

Time: 6pm - Midnight
Price: 1200 THB net

*The cheese course is optional for an additional fee of 250THB net.
