Latitudes Media & Events supports the RESET Forum An Afternoon Devoted to Women's Hormone Health, A Key to Empowerement

On 1 October, Bangkok hosts RESET Forum, presented by Praram 9 Hospital and billed as Thailand's first women's hormone health forum. From 12:30 to 18:00 at SO/ Bangkok, the event brings evidence-led education to a subject that rarely reaches a professional agenda, even though it shapes the working lives of many of the women who lead and build companies.
The keynote comes from Dr. Lara Briden, a naturopathic doctor and bestselling author with 30 years of experience in women's health. Her talk, "Women's Longevity: The Hidden Role of Ovulation & Hormones," starts at 14:00. She then joins a panel on perimenopause, covering hormones, nutrition, mental health and life transitions, with psychiatrist Dr. Shermaine Sim, holistic nutritionist and executive chef Tammie Tsang, and doula and educator Rasee Govindani. Cindy Sirinya Bishop, founder of Period Power and UN Women Goodwill Ambassador, moderates.
The programme is as practical as it is informative. It opens with tea and a sound-healing Reset Ritual led by Kamolwan Dasananda, and includes a pelvic floor movement session with Anna Downs. Hormone screening packages designed by Dr. Briden are also part of the day. At 17:00, the forum closes with sunset networking on the SO/ Bangkok rooftop: canapés, cocktails and conversation among peers.
Every ticket has a purpose beyond the room. All net proceeds support the Period Power Project, which funds menstrual health education and products for underserved girls across Thailand.
