Cross Cultural Leadership Workshop
[Past Event] Last Thursday, Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce (FTCC) organized one full day of the "𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩" which aimed at creating the awareness on the differences of the culture and value between Foreign and Thai people in the workplace and to bridge them for the effective collaboration.
👏 A huge thank you to Jean-Francois Cousin and Sukanya Uerchuchai for their expertise in cross-cultural management and leadership, along with extensive coaching and consulting backgrounds. Our participants were able to explore and learn knowledgeable skills that will enhance their leadership skills as well as their understanding of cultural differences. We hope these experiences will be useful on a #business & #culturalexchange side!
