Bangkok, Thailand – In celebration of Bastille Day, Colette Bangkok invites guests to an evening of cocktails, creativity, and conviviality with Colette × Revo, a one-night-only guest shift taking place on 14 July 2026, from 7 pm to 11 pm.
To mark France's national day, Dodoh Pattawee joins Stan behind the bar for a special collaboration, presenting four exclusive cocktails available for one night only. Inspired by seasonal flavours, refined techniques, and playful twists on familiar favourites, each creation reflects the creativity and craftsmanship of Bangkok's vibrant cocktail scene.

Basil Bramble – THB 440
Beefeater London Dry Gin, basil, lemon, sugar, and blackberry come together in a refreshing twist on the classic Bramble.
Lemon Tart – THB 480
Olmeca Altos Tequila paired with lemon, rich lemon tart ganache, and a delicate lemon tart foam, inspired by the beloved French dessert.
Yuzuri – THB 460
