Chinese New Year Celebrations The Dining Room, Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok From 20 January 2020 - 2 February 2020

Celebrate the Year of the Rat with fresh beginnings to an auspicious year 2020 this Chinese New Year at The Dining Room. Enjoy an array of Chinese delicacies to complement the celebrated International Buffet for lunch and dinner at The Dining Room from 20 January 2020 to 2 February 2020.

Enjoy appetisers such as Jellyfish salad sesame, Deep-fried prawn salad with strawberry and cream, Stuffed pork leg with chilli sauce, Chicken and asparagus salad with chilli sauce and Jellies pick ear with chilli sauce.

Discover our live station and do not miss these delicious items: Crispy pork with Hoi Sin sauce, Chinese roasted duck with Hoi Sin sauce and Peking duck with pancake and Hoi Sin Sauce. Enjoy a variety of soup such as Braised chicken soup, mushroom and Chinese herb broth, Pork ribs with lotus root soup and Crab in sweet corn soup.

No celebration would be complete with Stir-fried E-Fu noodle and shrimp, Lotus leaf wrapped rice, Steamed grouper with soya sauce and Wok-fried scallops with X.O. sauce. End the meal at the dessert station with Mashed taro, gingko nuts and sticky rice, Pumpkin cream cake roll, Cantaloupe melon in coconut milk and Black tea ice cream.

Enjoy the show with a Lion Dance at the Garden Lounge, Lobby on 25 January 2020 from 9.45AM – 10.15AM.
