SmeCFO Asia delivers keynote at Finance ReImagined Thailand

Jerome Le Louer, Managing Partner of SmeCFO Asia, opened the 5th edition of Finance ReImagined Thailand, hosted by DigitalCFO Asia in Bangkok on 10 September, with a keynote on the fractional CFO model. He also moderated the closing panel.
The argument: growth is decided by the quality of financial decisions, not the size of the finance team. A mid-sized company can reach director-level financial judgement without a full-time CFO, by combining senior judgement part time, a dedicated controller, and automation for the transactional work. It is a question facing many foreign-owned businesses in Thailand, typically too structured for a bookkeeping firm alone and not yet large enough to justify a permanent finance director.
