CASMI 1: Strengthening Civil Resilience and Crisis Preparedness in Professional Environments
CASMI 1 is a practical Civil Resilience & Crisis Preparedness program developed through the collaboration between CALSEC and AACCES, an international training organization led by French experts.
The program is designed for companies, institutions, industrial environments and organizations seeking to strengthen their operational readiness, Duty of Care obligations and real-world emergency response capabilities.
CASMI 1 helps organizations:
- strengthen workplace resilience,
- improve emergency response during the critical first minutes of an incident,
- reinforce employee confidence and preparedness,
- reduce operational disruption during crises,
- support HSE and ISO-oriented safety objectives,
- and transform compliance requirements into practical operational capability.
The training combines internationally recognized methodologies with realistic and scenario-based practical exercises adapted to professional environments.
