Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Tables Grill with an exquisite 6-course Valentine’s menu featuring as a highlight the Brittany Blue Lobster from France by Chef Hans Zahner. Inspired by a lifestyle of wellness and a passion for fresh seafood, he will create an unforgettable dining experience with French Blue Lobster  (Pomegranate Syrup, Pickled Radish), Burgundy Egg Mollet (Kristal Caviar, Beetroot and Lobster Consommé), Brittany Blue Lobster Ravioli (Black Truffle, Carrot and Celeriac Matignon), Poached Brittany Blue Lobster (Lobster and Verbena Cannelloni, Homardine Sauce), Sweet Bread and Lobster (Almond, Green Apple, Veal Jus) and a sweet treat with Raspberry and Rose (Raspberry Crémeux, Vanilla Panna Cotta, Rose-Lychee Jelly, Champagne Foam).

Spasso

Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Spasso with a romantic moment of a special 5-course menu created by Chef Roberto Parentela. Start with Amuse Bouche and Trota affumicata (Smoked ocean trout, Moscato grape dressing, lentils, baby romaine lettuce, bottarga). Enjoy with your loved one with the option to choose from the menu between Lasagnetta nera (Black lasagna, tiger prawn, baby octopus, béchamel, young broccoli) and Gnocchi ripieni (Handmade salsiccia gnocchi, spinach cream, semi-dried San Marzano tomato), followed by the special choice to select even more: Filetto di cervo (Slow-cooked deer tenderloin, blueberry gravy, crispy polenta, savoy cabbage) or Orata Rossa (Pan-seared red sea bream fillet, saffron sauce, Sicilian caponata, sunflower shoot salad). And, finally, enjoy a sweet treat with Dolce (Raspberry mascarpone mousse, amaretti crunch, vanilla yogurt, berries) to complete the romantic night.

Indulge in a variety of delightful Thai and Asian dishes along with a fresh seafood bar featuring a “Live Oysters Station. The outstanding open display kitchen allows you to watch our chefs prepare the dishes. You can also enjoy a selection of appetizers and salads, assorted sushi and sashimi, a carving station featuring items such as Australian Prime Rib, Roasted Lamb Rack and Fresh Herbs and Pan-Fried Foie Gras. Our variety of Valentine desserts include Valentine Lollipops, Lychee-Rose Chiffon Cake, Chocolate Fudge Cake, Valentine Cupcakes, and much more from which to choose.
