Silky, steamed snow fish with a kick of ginger and soya sauce for plenty of surpluses. Mixed tofu and mushroom for a smooth, seamless year with no troubles. Stir-fried noodles plus Thai scallops and dedicated noodle station with the choice of seafood tom yum and clear soup for happiness and longevity. Finish off with Beijing duck with hoisin sauce which is roasted to perfection in the luckiest color rouge red.
