Summer is calling! Get ready to enjoy the grilling season with the latest Summer Barbeque Combo selection from Bistro M at Marriott Executive Apartments Sukhumvit Park.

Bangkok, Thailand – As summertime marks the start of barbeque season, Bistro M at Marriott Executive Apartments Sukhumvit Park brings in its latest menu to beat the heat with “Summer Barbeque Combo” that offers a delectable variety of grilled meat and seafood along with up to eight sauce flavors.

With a wide selection of premium-quality ingredients from earth and ocean, avid foodies can choose their favorite items from a myriad of freshly grilled meat and seafood. With something from the earth, there are plentiful choices of red and white meat that come in juicy, tender and flavorful quality: Australian beef tenderloin, Australian beef sirloin, Australian lamb chops, Italian sausage, marinated pork neck, marinated chicken thigh and duck breast. For something from the ocean, savor the freshness and sweetness of finest seafood: sea bass fillet, Hokkaido scallops, tuna steaks, salmon steak, whole squid, tiger prawn with salted butter and New Zealand mussel.  

What makes Bistro M’s barbeque selection even more special is a variety of eight distinctive sauce flavors to mix and match with the grilled barbeque to suit your palate: Cheeva sauce, our head chef’s nostalgic and most proudly recommended recipe inspired by his mother cooking, spicy seafood sauce, BBQ sauce, balsamic mayo sauce, spicy Thai-style Jaew sauce, gravy steak sauce, garlic mayo sauce and mustard sauce. Side dishes to complement the main dish are mixed salad, Thai-style green papaya salad, sautéed potatoes, mashed potatoes, steak fries, grilled vegetables, French fries and roasted tomatoes.  

The Summer Barbeque Combo promotion is offered during 18.30hrs – 22.00hrs every Wednesdayday until June 30, 2017 at THB 899 net per set comprising two choices of meat or seafood barbeque and two choices of side dishes with a glass of Singha or Chang beer.
