The White truffle season has started at “Medici Kitchen & Bar”, Hotel Muse Bangkok Langsuan.

Executive Chef Giuliano Berta will be preparing some special home-made pasta dishes and he will be pairing them with the most precious of all truffles, “Alba White Truffle” to tantalize your senses, featuring a line-up of dishes to enjoy with friends and family for this season.

Fresh white and black truffle will be used to created many popular dishes during this season. Our Executive Chef will simply bring out a robust, complicated and rich earthy aroma of the truffle to the mouth-watering “White truffle risotto” and “White truffle tagliolini” or you can get freshly shaved black or white truffle over any dishes. Indulge yourself in this truffle season with Chef’s Bart creations comprise top quality ingredients prepared with refined techniques and make perfect complements to freshly shaved truffle.
