Transaction banking is an area that keeps evolving! Having been in the industry for approx. 20 years, staying curious and having the desire to keep up with new trends and technology are crucial traits that have helped me to thrive. Learning and trying new things, as what Master Shifu quoted is the mantra I try to live by.

Meeting people and connecting is the most enjoyable part of my job. I want to be surrounded by great and smart people, to share perspectives and continue to help each other grow (regardless of age or where everyone is on their career journeys).

Helping clients to grow their business is the key objective, while the client experience / journey is also equally important and what I put particular emphasis on. I believe happy clients will come from happy and motivated staff - so I make sure we all try to have fun along the ride!
