​Praween is Head of the Regulatory Affairs Services Department. He is active in the Corporate and M&A, regulatory, and compliance practices, with a focus on the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry. Praween is one of the core members of Bangkok office’s Investigations, Compliance & Ethics team and has been heavily involved in the industry-related advice including manufacture, importation, sales, distribution, labelling, marketing and advertising. His areas of focus also include investigations and internal audits for compliance purposes. He has been advising a few major associations of manufacturers and importers of healthcare-related products.
