A half-day event aimed at honoring and recognizing women’s contributions, while inspiring the next generation of women and men shaping the future.

The Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce (FTCC) Hospitality & Lifestyle Committee is pleased to invite you to Women in Hospitality, a dedicated conference celebrating the achievements, leadership, and impact of women in the hospitality industry.
The purpose of this event is to celebrate, honor and recognize the contributions of women in the hospitality industry and to inspire others, the younger generation of women and men. The day will be made up of a conference, workshops and meaningful networking with topics including technology, work-life balance and legacy in hospitality.
The Women in Hospitality event brings together industry leaders, innovators, and rising talents to spotlight the critical role women play in shaping the hospitality landscape. Through a dynamic mix of keynote speeches, close-up workshops, and interactive networking sessions, participants will explore the evolving challenges and opportunities facing the sector. The program will highlight real stories, practical tools for career growth, and forward-thinking strategies to build a more inclusive and sustainable hospitality ecosystem.
This year being our first event, we are also welcoming a selected group of university students who aspire to enter the hospitality industry. Their presence will add a fresh perspective and encourage meaningful intergenerational conversations. By engaging with senior leaders and professionals, these students will gain exposure to real-world insights and be inspired to pursue impactful careers.
The program aims not only to celebrate achievements but also to spark collaboration, mentorship, and long-lasting professional relationships.
