Hands-on training by System in Motion to improve project planning, decisions, and delivery with Generative AI across Launch, Cruise, and Land.

The Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce (FTCC), in collaboration with System in Motion, is pleased to invite you to Specialisation: AI for Project Management, an advanced-level, 3-hour practical workshop.
Transform the way you lead projects across their complete lifecycle. Developed by System in Motion and senior project leaders, this intensive training equips project professionals to use Generative AI as a strategic co-pilot—not simply to automate tasks, but to improve foresight, decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes.
Through structured, hands-on exercises and practical project scenarios, participants learn how to apply AI at the three critical stages of project delivery: Launch, Cruise, and Land.

- Using effective prompts to support planning and strategic decision-making
2. Cruise — Adaptive Control & Steering
Use AI to maintain control as project conditions evolve, helping teams respond quickly and effectively to change.
- AI for project health dashboard design
- AI for change-request impact analysis
- AI for priority setting and resource realignment
- Identifying dependencies, blockers, and delivery risks
- Applying AI-supported reasoning to complex project challenges
3. Land — Flawless Delivery & Learning
Strengthen execution during the final stages of delivery and turn project experience into continuous improvement.

Practical Approach
The training combines core Generative AI principles, project-specific prompting techniques, real-world use cases, and guided exercises. Participants will explore how to use AI responsibly in project environments while considering governance, quality, confidentiality, and team adoption.
By the end of the session, participants will be able to move beyond isolated AI experimentation and apply a structured approach to integrating AI into everyday project management workflows.
