The Hospitality & Lifestyle Committee of the Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce (FTCC) is pleased to invite you to an exclusive workshop designed for hospitality HR professionals and business leaders who want to embrace the power of Artificial Intelligence in recruitment and talent management.

As AI continues to transform the hospitality industry, HR teams have an opportunity to recruit smarter, improve candidate experiences, strengthen employer branding, and make faster, more informed talent decisions. This practical workshop will introduce real-world AI applications that help hotels optimize their hiring process while maintaining a people-centered approach.

Developed by System in Motion and Shi Bisset, the 3-hour interactive training combines expert insights, hands-on exercises, and practical case studies to help participants apply AI across talent sourcing, candidate screening, employer branding, candidate engagement, and interview preparation. By the end of the session, participants will have practical tools to build a more efficient, effective, and future-ready recruitment strategy.
