This workshop proposes to review the main challenges faced by companies to find and develop the suitable engineers to prepare for the challenges of Thailand 4.0 and share more than 20 ways to address these challenges.

Main HR issues, challenges concerning Thai engineers
At least 20 actions that a company can do to address all these issues
Conditions to succeed and possible Thai partners to implement these actions
Individual action plan to address priority issues
