The FTCC and its HR Strategy Committee are pleased to present a topic of discussion going beyond the concerns generated by the current pandemic.

Millennials (also known as Gen Y) are already on the job market, and on their way up to embrace managers’ responsibilities.

1) What shall companies do to improve their agility and offer the best environment to this new wave of managers?

2) How do the most senior Millennials, today young managers, cope with the constraints of the corporations they work for?

3) To what extent do they perceive and handle the expectations of their junior colleagues, also Millennials but still young graduates?
