The Incoterms® rules show how the logistics cost, obligations, and risks are divided between seller and buyer. Terms like FOB or CIF are well known, but what are the implications? How about the other terms? What are the differences between the Incoterms® 2020 and 2010?

This seminar is for procurement and sales managers and officers, bankers in international trade, lawyers involved in international contract law, importers and exporters and their logistics managers and staff, as well as for logistics services providers. They are an important tool for everybody involved in international trade and are often misunderstood. Even old hands in the industry will learn something new.
