This event is the perfect occasion for you to learn more about our activities, get more insights on what we do, how to use the FTCC to help you grow your business and last but not least, it gives you the opportunity to truly contribute to the success of the Chamber by electing your Counsellors.

We must emphasize that participation in the Annual Ordinary General Meeting is exclusive to FTCC Members. Only Ordinary Members (Category A and B) hold voting rights, with one vote per company. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend, it is imperative for you to be represented by PROXY to ensure the attainment of the quorum.

Networking Cocktail session

Following the AGM proceedings, we cordially invite you to join us for a Cocktail Session from 19:30 PM onwards. This session is open to all attendees:

• FREE for 2 persons per company member who join the AGM session 
• 1,200 for additional FTCC member (the third)
• 1,800 THB net for non-member

Payment and Cancellation policy:

• Advance payment is required to confirm your registration.
• Cancellations and no-shows are NOT able to receive either a refund nor credit. For those who haven’t paid will be charged with invoice unconditionally.
