Main Content:
Two sessions of 90 minutes and one session of 60 minutes

• Understand what is coaching, why it matters, and how it will enable you and your team-members to perform at the next level
• Master very important coaching skills -including listening at deep levels and asking questions that trigger new ideas and strong accountability for progress-
• Use an effective framework for your coaching conversations
• Use your coaching skills in your 1-on-1 conversations with your team-members

Specificities, Strengths:

• We practice on real cases at least 60% of the time during our sessions
• You strengthen your coaching skills with your team members between sessions
• Bonus: slide-deck with tools and tips, and list of great videos to watch

Cost:

• For members: 8,000 THB per person
