Peter is a seasoned team coach with 20+ years of experience in operations with top companies in Asia from Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, to India. He believes in the organizational development of teams. Through the TEAM.AS.ONE approach, Peter think's a team's psychological safety is key to success. Having coached teams from varying industries; from Bangkok Airways, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Decathlon, Tipco, Thai Rung, Charn Issara, to Zodiac Aerospace. He is passionate about helping teams innovate, co-create strategies, better problem-solving, and increase engagement. Peter is the only Thailand-based WIAL certified Master Action Learning coach and initiated WIAL Thailand, the affiliate of the World Institute for Action Learning. He has trained and coached diligently action learning workshops in English, French, Dutch, and Thai on a mission to build better teams and develop network of certified Action Learning coaches in Thailand. His extensive background in Socio-Technical Systems Design, Information Technologies, Project Management and Coaching has earned him a reputation for getting remarkable results in Fortune 100 companies. In addition to the NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner programs, Niels specializes in Sales & Influence, Manufacturing Performance, Participative Management Systems skills and Design Human Engineering. Niels’ training style enables him to get right to the core of issues. He is known for his ability to take seemingly complex issues and break them down into easily solvable opportunities for organizations and individuals.
