  • Wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from harmful ultraviolet as well as apply sunscreen with high SPF to protect your skin before going outdoors
  • Keep your food hygiene behaviors to avoid all kind of Gastrointestinal Diseases such as diarrhea, stomach upset, etc.
  • Slipping or fainting isn’t a friend, so do the incidents. Be careful while having fun from the water fight
  • Drink don’t drive as well as always fasten your seat belt while on a car or wearing a high quality helmet while operating or riding a motorcycle
