Valentine's Set Menu is available on Saturday 14 February 2026 from 17:00 to 22:00 at THB 2,800++ per couple for a four-course dinner.
This special four-course dinner by Chef Slawomir Kowalik begins with an appetiser and soup featuring Brittany Langoustine served with Green Apple, Yuzu, Jerusalem Artichoke, and Kaluga Queen Caviar; followed by Confit Atlantic Cod served with Fregola Sarda, Orange Fennel, Razor Clam and Saffron Broth. The main course showcases Wagyu Beef Tenderloin Rossini with Baby Spinach, Champignons, Foie Gras, and Périgord Truffle Jus. To conclude, indulge your sweet tooth with Cheesecake served alongside Morello Cherry Sorbet and Brown Butter Crumble.
