Jojo Unveils New "A la carte" dinner Menu
Presenting a brand new selection of pasta dishes
Jojo, the signature Italian restaurant at The St. Regis Bangkok greets the New Year with a new a la carte dinner menu.
The restaurant, known for Chef de Cuisine Stefano Merlo’s classic northern Italian cuisine will introduce its new dinner menu from today.
In terms of cooking and dish preparation style, Chef Stefano reiterates, “My style of cuisine lies in using the finest ingredients and in honoring quality ingredients by cooking it the right way,”
With a combination of tradition and innovation, Chef Stefano explained that the focus is on slow food preparation.
The new menu boasts new antipasti in addition to primi piatti including flavorful pasta dishes.
Among the new items are Uovo asparagi e asiago white and green asparagus, slow cooked egg, asiago cheese foam Carpaccio di gamberi red prawn carpaccio, prawn mayonnaise, orange gel, Fegatini di pollo; chicken liver pate on brioche bread, zibibbo wine gelatin, fresh leaves and Linguini ai gamberi di porto santo spirit (Linguine, bisque, deep sea south Italian red prawn)
Among the redesigned items include the pate starter and the Paccheri ai porcini (Paccher pasta, porcini and mushroom ragout, parma ham). Fegatini di pollo (Chicken liver pate on brioche bread, zibibbo wine gelatin, fresh leaves) has replaced the Fegatini di piccione. The Paccheri pasta is now paired with porcini and mushroom and parma ham.
Added to Jojo’s classic favorites, the over 10 new a la carte dishes create a menu selection that is sure to entice new diners equally as much as it will impress regular diners.
To complement the introduction of the new menu, a collection of outstanding wine pairing suggestions that draw on the restaurant’s extensive cellar also add to the overall enchanting experience at Jojo.

Dinner: 6.00 pm – 11.00 pm
