A symbol of togetherness and celebration, the Galette des Rois—or “King’s Cake”—is traditionally enjoyed during Epiphany in France. Scarlett’s interpretation stays true to this time-honored classic, featuring delicately flaky golden puff pastry filled with rich almond frangipane. Hidden within the cake is a fève, a small charm that brings an element of surprise, crowning the lucky finder king or queen for the day.
Perfect for sharing with family, friends, or colleagues, Scarlett’s Galette des Rois is freshly baked daily and presented with signature French elegance—making it an ideal centerpiece for New Year gatherings and January celebrations.
