CCSA New Announcement as of 29 April
New Covid-19 Zoning Areas / Restrictions to contain the new wave of COVID-19 transmission / Extension of quarantine period for all arrivals
The CCSA announced today the New COVID-19 zoning areas of which Bangkok (among 5 other provinces) considered as Maximum and strict controlled area.
- Wear face mask in all public places - compulsory with no mask penalty
- Gatherings more than 20 persons - not allowed
- Dine in - prohibited (take away only until 9 pm)
- Market & Convenient stores opens from 4am to 11pm
- pub, bars, karaoke, closed
- department stores open until 9pm
- schools & tutorial centers - closed
- high-risks venues: closed
Extension of quarantine period for all arrivals :
Certificate of Entry on 1 May onward: 14 days of quarantine
Certificate of Entry prior to 1 May and arrive before 6 May: 7 or 10 days of quarantine
