This Month’s Partner: IECD x HCTC – Empowering Youth, Building Futures
Every last Sunday of the month, Bonjour Bonsoir hosts Bouillon & Beyond, a special evening where gastronomy meets generosity. 💛
This November, we are proud to collaborate with the Institut Européen de Coopération et de Développement (IECD) and the Hospitality and Catering Training Center (HCTC) in Mae Sot, to support education and professional training for youth from Karen and migrant communities along the Thai–Myanmar border.
✨ About HCTC
Many young people in this region grew up excluded from school and opportunities. At HCTC, they find a second chance to learn, grow, and build a profession in hospitality.
Through hands-on training and internships in leading hotels and restaurants, students gain the skills, confidence, and experience to stand on their own.
Today, 95% of HCTC graduates secure stable employment; helping their families earn a living, their siblings stay in school, and their communities build a stronger future together. Your support makes this possible.

Menu Bouillon: 990 THB (400 THB donated)
Menu Beyond: 1,290 THB (520 THB donated)
