This is “the regional annual conference on Food and Innovation Trends” with global networking opportunity connecting ASEAN, APAC, Europe and US Food Cluster. Over 30 speakers from around the world will share their insights at this event. You will be able to update yourself with two tracks of food knowledge and movements: Track I on technology & innovation, and Track II on sustainability.

The former features topics such as advanced food processing technology, bridging the industry, academia and start-ups, food foresight, the global food mission, the crossing path of health, food, and medicine, and last but not least, what could be the future protein for us.

The latter discusses sustainability, entailing caring for the world-the sustainable path, the function, nutritious and delicious combinations, the circular economy of food, and lastly, the food tech accelerator worldwide.
